we had a great stay in split adjacent to old town and port, and a residential area. we appreciated friendly staff and host. there was new-fashioned room, had everything you would need. the setting was great.

Rooms are new-fashioned and exceptionally nice with lovely terrace, we thoroughly enjoyed to be here. The place is just off a quiet neighbourhood, and the boats moving in and out of the harbour.

We had a fabulous stay at Marasovica Apartments! The views from the balcony were amazing, overlooking the beautiful harbor. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The host, Lena, were very good too make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor downside was the steep hill leading up to the apartment, but the fine views made it well worth it. I highly recommend Marasovica Apartments for an lovely stay in Split.

I had the most amazing stay at Marasovica Apartments in Split. The views from the balconies were amazing, with a perfect panorama of the city and the sea. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and spacious, providing all the comfort I needed. I loved relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the sea view and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing me to prepare meals easily. The bed was comfortable, and the provided towels and toiletries were in great condition. Another highlight was the friendly and cute host, who made me feel right at home. She even invited me to the rooftop for photos and a chat, making me feel like part of the family. The location of the apartment was also fantastic, just a few minutes from the bustling waterfront and a short walk to the Riva. I highly recommend Marasovica Apartments for an really good stay in Split.
